Mr. Vyacheslav Debryansky – Director General of PNG SC

Education: Graduated from Ivano-Frankovsk Institute of Oil and Gas (Qualification: Mining Engineer; Tyumen State Oil and Gas University, specialty – enterprise economics &HR management.

Career: 1989 to 1997, Mr. Debryansky has been working at Poltava JSC UKRNEFT Backfill Office (ZAO UKRNEFT), managed casing of wells up to 6000 m deep. In 1997-2005, he worked in the system of UKRTRANSGAZ, UKRNEFT, was in charge of organization and management of natural gas odorization and marginal oil well production projects.

In 2005-2009 –Well Cementing Technology Engineer at UkrSKS (Ukrainian Well Cementing Service), Service Support Department Head, managed projects applying new technologies at TNK-Nyagan, on GazpromNeft-Noyabrskneftegaz fields.

In 2009-2012 - Head of Well Cementing Department, Assistant Manager of Transportation Service Company(JSC STK -the town of Noyabrsk) of Gazprom Neft-Nefteservice (since July 2011 – RU-ENERGY GROUP JSC). Mr. Debryansky managed creation of a big process department with up-to-date backfill material laboratories, implementation of in-house studies of backfill mixes enabling to enhance essentiallythe quality of well casing,putting in operation state-of-the-art well cementing complexes.

 

Mr. Sergey Dolzhenkov – Operations Director

Education: Graduated from Tyumen State Oil and Gas University (Specialty:drilling of oil and gas wells)

Career: 1985 to 1999, Mr. Dolzhenkov has been working as oil-&-gas-field equipment Operator at service enterprises in LukOil-West Siberia oil company operation area, the town of Kogalym.

In 1999-2008, he worked in various positions – from Cementing Unit Operator to Well Cementing Subdivision Headat Kogalym Branch of PetroAllianceServices Co. Ltd (Cyprus).

In 2008-2009 – Well Cementing Office Deputy Head in Transportation Service Company of Gazprom Neft-Nefteservice LLC (the town of Noyabrsk).

In 2010-2011 - Director of West Siberian Branch of New Technological Service LLC (Kogalym).Activity area:well cementing and mud engineering services.

 In 2011-2012 - Head of Kogalym Branch of PetroAlliance SC LLC (Schlumberger Group of companies).Activity area: well cementing applying state-of-the-art equipment and techniques, mud mixing and mud engineering services.

 

Mr. Viktor Gladky - Director of Noyabrsk Branch.

Education: Graduated from Ivano-Frankovsk State Technical University of Oil and Gas (specialty – drilling of oil and gas wells). Qualification: Mining Engineer.

Career: 1997 to 1998 - Driller Assistant at Poltava Drilling Operations Office, CJSC Ukrgazdobycha.

1999 to 2006 - Well Cementing Operator, grade 6, Well Cementing Technology Engineer at Poltava Backfill Office of OJSC Ukrnafta.

In 2006-2011 – Well Cementing Technology Engineer at Spetscement Ltd., Lead Well Cementing Engineer at SKSTechnologii at GC Well Casing Service on Ukrainian and West Siberian fields.

In 2011-2012 – Lead Well Cementing Engineer, Lead Technology Engineer, Chief Technology Engineer at Transportation Service Company LLC of Gazprom Neft-Nefteservice LLC (since July 2011 – RU-ENERGY GROUP JSC).

Mr. V.Gladky possesses extended experience in well cementing on West Siberian fields, performance of slurry and cement integrated laboratory investigation, development of new slurry formulations, performance of hydraulic analysis and well cementing program preparation.

 

Mr. Andrey Tomilov – Chief Engineer of Noyabrsk Branch

Education: Graduated from Kamsky Institute of humanitarian and engineering technologies, Izhevsk city (specialty – Project, Construction and Exploration of oil and gas storages and pipelines).

Qualification: Engineer.

 

Career: 2001 to 2015 – work on different positions from cementing operator and driver to Manager of Cementing Department, PetroAlliance service company Kogalym branch.

2015 to 2017 – Regional Manager of Cementing Department, CJSC «SSK»
